I would love to know more specifics of what you did to help heal yourself. I too suffer from many chronic, debilitating diseases. But I’ve tried every anti-inflammatory diet out there and don’t see much improvement. I do have many many health conditions I deal with though. Maybe I’m a lost cause- haha! But I’m not giving up. You can go pick them up at your local grocery store! If you need to pack in a few extra antioxidants into your diet, drink some white or green tea. Need help relaxing? Chamomile is your best friend. Extra energy? Black, mate, and matcha are your best friend! I guess what I’m trying to say is that tea is already a wonderful, natural thing that’s great to have in your everyday. Don’t jeopardize your body with these fake, supplemental “teas”.
