From a medical perspective, coffee enemas are considered unsafe. Rare but serious adverse events like septicemia (bacteria in the bloodstream), rectal perforation, and electrolyte abnormalities have been caused by coffee enemas. Deaths from the administration of coffee enemas have also been reported.
A "green smoothie" typically consists of 40–50% green vegetables, usually raw green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, kale, swiss chard, collard greens, celery, parsley, or broccoli, with the remaining ingredients being mostly or entirely fruit.[6][7][8] Most green leafy vegetables have a bitter flavor when served raw, but this can be ameliorated by choosing certain less-bitter vegetables or combining with certain fruit (e.g. banana softens both the flavor and texture).[9] Some blender manufacturers now specifically target their products towards making green smoothies and provide a booklet of recipes for them.[10]

I am not a doctor but I can give you some advice that I hope can help you. I would suggest tumeric which helps with inflammation. You can buy it in the capsule form and swallow it with water. You can also add ground tumeric into your smoothies. Another thing you can try is called, Celadrin and it’s specifically for joints. You can buy it online or at Costco. High quality fish oils can be incredible for joints to help lubricate them. Also, food can be extremely healing so try to fill your diet with leafy greens (you can try my youthful green smoothie), vegetables, fruits, lean protein and try to stay away from gluten, dairy, fried foods, and sugar. You can eat twice as much pasta salad loaded with veggies like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes for the same calories as a pasta salad sporting just mayonnaise. Protein Foods: Foods high in protein like whey protein, grass-fed beef, wild-caught fish or free-range chicken require more energy for the body to break down than foods lower in protein. They’re also beneficial for reducing hunger or cravings and maintaining lean muscle mass, especially as you get older and naturally lose some every decade. If your goal is to lose weight, I recommend consuming half your body weight in grams of protein a day. For those seeking to burn fat and build muscle, aim to consume 0.7 to a gram per pound of body weight (for example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should get 75 to 150 grams per day).
Note: There was once a time when certain large companies began to add so much sugar to their yogurt the amounts surpassed those found in sugary breakfast cereal, like Lucky Charms.
