The main issue with every article I’ve read about this diet plan is they all follow the logic of, “it can lead to lack of certain nutrients,” which you’d easily replenish during the 4 days off. Then “it doesn’t work because you’ll just gain the weight right back,” assuming that when you stop the diet, you go right back to your usual lifestyle of overeating and not exercising, which is typically what made you overweight to begin with. The problem with that thought is that, if you “lose the weight” which should never be the focus, but the vfigure you desire. Ignore the number on the scale because BMI doesn’t account for muscle mass, bone structure, etc.

For example, for dinner on day 1, you’re allowed 3 oz of meat or a protein substitute. If you were to eat chicken, that would be about 200 calories. If you substitute that with 3 oz of tofu, you’re consuming only about 65 calories, but if you choose black beans, you’ll get 111 calories and if you eat 3 oz of almonds, you’d hit 489 calories. It’s a bit of a difference, but also note that you could eat double the beans or tofu and get the same number of calories as you would with the chicken. Or, you could have the recommended amount of beans and still slip in a handful of almonds. Obviously, 3 oz of almonds would be too many almonds even if they weren’t so calorie heavy. So, do your calorie research well on military diet vegetarian modifications to ensure you’ll still get the same great results.

The 3 Day Military Diet sounds perfect for someone that is trying to fit into a smaller dress or suit before an upcoming class reunion, but not designed to sustain a healthy lifestyle over an extended period. I just completed my 3 days on this diet and lost a full 10 pounds Its amazing!! I used everything just like the menu except for the carrots cause I forgot to buy some so I substituted Them with Green Beans & note: I Did not have time to exercise much besides regular household cleaning & laundry. He has sex, which in a horror story normally leads to some form of grotesque punishment. But while this show acknowledges that connecting with other people (zombies or otherwise) can initially seem terrifying, it suggests that intimacy doesn’t have to be a disaster. Sometimes, it turns out, zombies are just looking for sex. Or love. Or for someone to help them make sure their ears don’t fall off.

I have tried all kinds of weight loss programs and exercise, and they just didn’t get me the results I was hoping for. So I tried the 3 Day Military Diet after hearing about it through a co-worker.
